Alabama still hasn’t released its men’s basketball schedule for the upcoming season, but other schools have helped fill in the gaps.
Purdue is the latest school to release a schedule that includes a road game in Tuscaloosa. Matt Painter’s team will play in Coleman Coliseum on Saturday, Dec. 12.
“Our trip to Alabama will be a great challenge for us,” said Painter said in a news release. “We are looking forward to a very competitive series.”
The only other non-conference games known to exist include a neutral-site game with Kansas State on Dec. 19 in Mobile and the Old Spice Classic to be played over Thanksgiving weekend in Orlando. I hear there is a football game that weekend so you might not be as interested in the Old Spice Classic.
