Stallings elected to college football hall of fame

The College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2011 will include former Crimson Tide coach Gene Stallings, as announced this afternoon.

Stallings will be one of two coaches and 12 players to enter the hall officially next year. Ex-Wisconsin coach Barry Alvarez is the other coach.
