Alabama just released an announcement for a news conference set for 1 p.m., Thursday in Tuscaloosa. Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban is the only person listed as attending.

No other explanation was given as to the nature of the announcement. The program is reportedly interviewing several candidates for the offensive coordinator position today.

Several juniors are also considering early entry to the NFL draft and the timetable of making any decision this week would match previous seasons.
