Former Alabama player signs with Tennessee

Tennessee became the second Alabama rival to pick up a former Crimson Tide player this year.

Former defensive lineman Darrington Sentimore signed with the Vols after spending last season at Mississippi Gulf Community College. He left the Alabama program over the summer after being suspended by coach Nick Saban for an undisclosed violation of team rules.

He’s the second to join an Alabama rival after running back Corey Grant transferred directly to Auburn over the summer.
