Update 5:15: p.m.: Jerry Palm of CBSsports.com is reporting its a done deal and Alabama is headed to the national title game.
Click here for his posting that cites unnamed sources. So take it with a grain of salt, but there haven’t been any strong indications all afternoon that Oklahoma State had an edge.
Nothing is official until the pairings are announced some time after 7:15 p.m. CT on ESPN.

The Associated Press said it’s too close to call, but said it looks positive for the Crimson Tide.
The final and official results still wait on a few of the computers and the all-important Harris Interactive poll. Several reports indicate that won’t be released until the final standings are announced on ESPN at 7:15 CT.
